3 IDEAS FROM ME
I.
“The sooner you make a choice, the sooner you can make an adjustment.”
II.
“Are you willing to be uncomfortable for 5 minutes?
Exercising is easier once you’ve started the workout. Conversation is easier once you’re already talking. Writing is easier once you’re in the middle of it.
But many rewards in life will elude you if you’re not willing to be a little uncomfortable at first.”
III.
“Success is wanting to be where you are.”
2 QUOTES FROM OTHERS
I.
Marine biologist Rachel Carson on resilience and the rhythm of healing:
“Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts. There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature — the assurance that dawn comes after night, and spring after winter.”

II.
Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius on refusing to give up:
“Until death, all defeat is psychological.”
Source: It’s unlikely Aurelius wrote this exact phrase. He covers similar themes in Meditations, but there is no source material with this specific wording. Still, I like this one too much to not include it.
1 QUESTION FOR YOU
A question I first heard from Greg Isenberg and have returned to many times:
What would this look like if it was fun?
